"My husband’s PCP referred him over to this office. We waited to get a phone call and set up his appointment. We then received a letter requesting us to call the office. So the next day I called, left a voicemail to receive a phone call to schedule his appointment. The women calls me back telling me (very rudely) she has called my husband once already and again today (never left a voicemail) and she would not schedule through me that he needed to call her and tell her his wife can schedule his appointment! Whoever handles the referral has to be the most rude person I have ever spoken with. She was dishonest about leaving message. I would suggest you rethink who calls and speaks with patients."
