"I would recommend anywhere other than here. A nurse came in to change my PICC line dressing & she landed me in the hospital. What was supposed to be an easy thing ended up bottoming out my blood pressure, almost fainting & having 911 called. & when she left, she left all of her mess as well (blood tubes, needles, etc.) that I had to clean up before I went to the ER. I had to wait in the ER for hours so that they could make sure my PICC was still in place before I could continue any medication. Really, go anywhere else."

"This company is the absolute WORST! My delivery was supposed to come “sometime” yesterday. I never got a call. My delivery never came. After calling twice, I was told my delivery was “rescheduled” for today. It is now 6pm and my delivery is still not here. I’ve been calling and no one can give me an answer as to when I will get my meds. They have caused me to miss a treatment. No one will call you back either."

"Horrible example of today’s healthcare providers. Deliveries are always late or missed, the on call person never calls back when requested, they miss supplies in the delivery quite often (when they do finally show up). The customer service people are very good and professional, but I assume that’s because of an abundance of issues daily they’re having to address. If you have an opportunity to use another infusion service, please do."

"Customer service is awful. Communications within their organization doesn't work. Called in refills and spoke to a rep and left voice message and they still said they didn't get the requested order. Even had hospital faxed in different orders and they said they didn't receive it. Delivery of products takes all day before it gets to you even if they had the order in the day before. Nurse that came to house was pushy and rude. Didn't seem to know anything about our situation before walking in the door. Spoke to us as if we didn't know anything and also had to correct her procedures because they weren't doing it the way the hospital taught/trained us to. After I disclosed that we were trained by the hospital then their tone changed."
