"This is office is poorly managed by nice nasty employees who could careless about all the hard work Dr. Watts does to keep patients. The front desk staff is subpar at best. They can not manage the level of clientele they're bringing in and they are in turning putting patients at rick because we can't even get anyone to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. I was hospitalized for almost a week and called multiple times trying to get an appointment and to this day never heard back. I started back calling in because I need my sensor's prescription resent. It was a nightmare. They lie to you like they're sending the prescription and it ill take up to 48 hours and then nothing. The office manager is pathetic, lazy and obviously wants to see the practice close because she is not doing the little things it takes to keep the patients happy. And Dr. Watts is opening himself up to be sued. While in office addressing concerns, several patients chimed in and mentioned that they have the same issues. He is a great doctor but I am sad that he doesn't have the right staff to manage his practice. I always referred patients to him because he will educate you and manage your illness very well. But if you have to reschedule an appointment, you're now lost in the daily calls and may never get back in to see him. I sent him a long email regarding my experience and I've heard nothing from him. Disappointed to say the least. But i have found another endocrinologist in Stockbridge that has excellent reviews. Don't get stuck here and allow your health to decline like I did. Fight for yourself and find a provider who cares. BLACK PROVIDERS, DO BETTER! WE COME TO YOU EXPECTING TO BE UNDERSTOOD AND TREATED AT A PROFESSIONAL LEVEL. THIS OFFICE IS GHETTO AT BEST. THEY DON'T CARE AND IT'S DISGRACE. DR. WATTS IS TOO KNOWEDLEGE TO HAVE SUCH RIDICULOUS STAFF MEMBERS RUINING HIS PRACTICE"

"This office is so unprofessional and rude. They asked me to come in early because they were trying to fill in gaps in their schedule so I did. When I waited at the check in the lady was rude and said just have a seat that she would call me. I am a new patient. Why she didn’t take my information who knows. I waited 25min for them to say I hadn’t been checked in and it would be a wait as there were other people ahead of me. Now how is it so busy if y’all had gaps. Everyone was rude could care less. I waited a month and a half for this appointment and dealt with several intake issues which should have been a red flag in retrospect. I politely took my information back and cancelled my appointment. I will not be going back."

"The New scheduling/ front desk staff is not very friendly and failed to provide a empathy statement when speaking about various concerns. The staff was not accurate with sending lab information in a timely manner. The staff gets a attitude when you try to address valid issues. The lack of Professionalism and Integrity made me nervous to continue as a patient as I am fearful of bullying or retaliation. (For this honest review) I WOULD recommend CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING and HIPPA TRAINING..."

"After 30 minutes in the waiting room to see a doctor. Today I was seeing Ms. Henry and this was the worst person in life to see. After two more hours she came in the exam room and didn't know my name. She will not let me, the patient finish a question before she cut me off rudly. I tried to inform her of a upcoming surgery she cut me off and said that wasn't the order of things. She didn't have Mychart with my labs so I offered them to her from my portal she wanted a hard copy at 4:45 PM, all she needed was the values to evaluate me. I can't drive at night and was 30 minutes from home, the sun set at 5:37PM I was trying to tell her this but she very rudly cut me off from speaking and then I walked out. This place seem to have okay support. staff but Ms. Henry is a joke I will not go back there or recommend her to anyone."
