"Dr. Rowe is a nice person, but his staff is not very patient friendly. The facilities in Duluth are very inadequate. At my appointment today I had to wait in the hall as the waiting room was completely full with NO social distancing. Standing in the hall with 3 others for over an hour is unacceptable! At one point, the receptionist came out and directed us to stand in another hallway because the hallway we were standing in had a camera in it. That's what she said "stand over there because this hallway has a camera." Dr Rowe and his nurse is almost impossible to get a hold of. I have left message after message requesting help from them as my medication was recently changed and Dr Rowe said it was crucial to have periodic blood tests, but he didn't set up the blood tests. I tried repeatedly to have Dr Rowe or his nurse return my calls to set up the blood test but to no avail. Two weeks I have been waiting for a returned call ... crickets. This is the second time I have tried to contact them about an issue. That one took two weeks also."

"Dr rowe’s office here for stress tests have people in the waiting room less than 6ft apart and currently 4 female heart patients are waiting in the hall with IVs and no chairs for this 4 hour test where you are back and forth from treatment room to waiting room. A previous patient said it was the same since November. Why can’t someone provide folding chairs out of compassion? Or schedule less people? We weren’t told this was a 4 hr test before we came and another patient said her husband was skipped over in Nov because they didn’t look for him in the hall where they told him to wait. We were even told to wait on the other side of the hall so the cameras didn't see us waiting in the hall! Dr Rowe is really nice as a person but clearly something needs to change."

"The worst. Impossible to get it touch with anyone. No information on website. Showed up for appointment per confirmation call several days ago and doors are locked."
