"Worst place to work and terrible to patients. Racism at its finest! I’ve been on the inside as well as the outside and this place definitely needs to be closed, reassessed and then re opened. Management is VERY arrogant and racist and lacks interpersonal skills. They will do things to you and play victim. Despite having personal things going on, racism should NEVER be a factor when caring for sick patients! It shouldn’t be a factor AT ALL! The fact that it still exists in a Wellstar facility is beyond me. The reviews are also VERY true! Some of the doctors are cool, while others definitely needs a history lesson!"

"First appointment when I got here they told me the doctor is running behind it will be a hour wait. I told her I couldn’t wait that long please reschedule me. We get rescheduled for the next Friday. We get here on time again 10am Front desk rep says nothing. Here it is now 10:44 am and we are still waiting in the lobby for our 10am appointment. This is horrible. The worst wellstar ever. A follow up appointment that shouldn’t take that long. I want to leave the worst ever I will never come back. If I could leave 0 stars I would."

"Front desk customer service nonchalant and sub par! My son was 2 minutes late (past the grace period) and they wouldn’t see him! Here today for rescheduled appt and they made him wait 45 minutes in the lobby. No Explanation, no apology just he’ll be seen! Not professional at all! I know I wouldn’t come to this location!"

"The worst WellStar office I’ve been to! This office could definitely use some organizational training as well as general people skills training! The staff should at minimum be knowledgeable about orthopedics! Each time I’ve had an appointment, the wait time was ridiculously long! The 1st assistant was not friendly, barely talked and was not very knowledgeable when putting my child’s cast on. My child’s cast started to unravel within 1day. The other assistant cut my child’s arm when cutting the cast off. To say I’m dissatisfied is an understatement. Fire everyone in the office and start over!"
