"I liked the doctor in person, but over three years there were numerous problems with the staff. Once I had to wait two months to get a refill after several calls and visits to the office. Recently, the nurse practitioner took 4 days to fax a prescription order, which was incorrect, to the pharmacy, and I missed getting the meds before leaving town for vacation for 2 and 1/2 months. I had to go without medication the doctor wanted me to take for months due to his error. Problems like this should make you rethink this office."

"I would have rated her higher but when the staff and nurses do not return calls or messages until 5 to 6 days later that is ridiculous. The nurses act like they are too busy when you go to the exam room to properly answer your questions. Also I believe that there is absolutely no communication between the Dr. and nurses. I called multiple times about getting paper work for a procedure and 50 days later my surgeon finally received it. His office had to call numerous times to get a response also, so I had to suffer longer than necessary to receive surgery for a ruptured disk. That was plain stupid of Dr. Willis' lazy incompetent staff. Another thing that really bothered me was the fact that I had a copay for an adult yearly physical, when through my insurance there should be no charge. Maybe my insurance company can explain as to why there was a charge. When you go to a doctor to get a complete through physical and you never take your clothes off to get examined something is wrong. Changes are needed badly. Dr. Willis you need to explain this! Waiting for a reply."
