"Terrible! I would never go back. This "wellness check" they talked me into getting was NOT covered by insurance even though they assured me it was. A check of my blood pressure, listening to my lungs and some rambling speech about diet from an overweight nurse cost me $215.00 out of pocket."

"I have been going here since 2016. This was when it was just Dr. Rucker & I love him. The office staff at the time was ok (one rude one, but she didn't last long). He then added Lauryn (and another doctor, I've only seen him once though) she's a good nurse practitioner & down to earth, but I want to see Dr. Rucker. I think I've seen him once in 2 years. I gave up years ago trying to make an appointment with anyone there when I’m sick because it usually isn't going to happen. I've seen the doctors at Physician First 9/10x that I've been sick. For some reason, my regular appointments always get moved to Lauryn. I originally had an appt scheduled for this week with him and I get a call saying that he was on vacation & that I could see Lauryn. I canceled the appt, but my husband had an appt the same day so I went with him to his (it's about an hour and a half drive for us) when we get there, he signs in, I pay off balances, & ask if I can get an appt with Dr. Rucker. The receptionist replied “he's booked for a while,” I said that's fine, I'll even take one six months from now. I got no response. None. So, I asked for my files to be sent elsewhere. He's a great doctor & he helped me a lot with my mental health, but I guess this is my final sign to go elsewhere. Good luck, everyone. One month later and still, no records were sent. So, yet again, another hour and a half hour drive to pick them up."

"I love this office! It’s busy, and yes it can take some time to get in, but Dr. Rucker is worth it! I love seeing Lauryn because she truly listens to me and my issues and genuinely wants to help."

"I really like Lauryn. I gave a lower rating than I normally would due to my frustration right now. I am on my second week waiting for a call about recent blood work. I received notification from PathGroup that the results were ready over a week ago. I called the front desk and was not helped at all. The receptionist wouldn't even leave a note for me. Very frustrating."
