He and his entire team of exceptional nurses and office staff are very knowledgeable so you know immediately that you’re in good hands, yet they are so caring and compassionate with their patients that you almost feel you’re visiting a friend’s home. "Today was my first appointment, coming on as a new patient. The receptionist (Donna) was helpful from the day before an got me immediate access to their app (that is basically a communication portal, but very well put together. I was seen within 15 minutes of my my scheduled appointment. The nurses were friendly and professional. Dr. Livingston was very personable and had a great "bedside manner". I also could tell that he and his staff flow very well together. He didn't rush me, and actually did my physical on the spot. When I shared a health concern of mine, he did some investigative questioning, knew what to look for, and was able to quickly identify/name the concern I had. He have me an appropriate referral to a specialist as well. Overall I was very please with this firat impression, and I'm glad that my experience matched the MANY positive reviews I read online about him that made stand shoulders above other doctors I was considering."
