"Only giving one star because the new doctor at this office is very understanding and professional.. However I will NEVER come back to this office due to their front desk representatives. The ladies at the front office are extremely rude for every appointment I’ve had. They talk down on you and make you feel like you are asking for too much. They do not verify with charges. I want to know why they are still here with so many bad reviews about their service. Very unprofessional!!"

"Dr. Tatyana Gorokhov is very nice and knowledgeable, but her front desk staff and billing department ruined my experience completely. I went there for my annual routine exam and I was told over the phone prior my visit that they accept my insurance plan. At the time of the visit they said the visit was covered and nobody said anything about being out-of network. I was billed $460 and stuck on the phone with customer service people who were not fluent in English and really hard to understand and get in touch with. I mailed payment via check because they were going to send me to collections, they never confirmed the payment and said the check was never delivered. I made an online payment and 3 weeks later the bank notified me the check was cashed. Last time, I spoke with them they said refund will be in a form of check and it will take 45 days. Ridiculous!!!! I will never return there! It was a hot mess."

"I've been going to Dr. Tatyana Gorokhov for many years and she is a great doctor but since she merged with Georgia Clinic the customer service is awful. I would give negative 10 if I could. I've had several rude conversations with the receptionist, very unprofessional! The line is always busy and when you finally get someone it's a call center! They ask questions (complete waste of time) figure out they can't help then transfer you. I haven't been feeling well & have been self medicating because I don't want to deal with the rude receptionist plus Dr. Gorokhov is only in the office 2 days a week. It saddens me to think of finding a replacement because she is awesome but I can no longer tolerate the issues/changes."

"I apologize for anyone who has a bad experience at this office. I’ve had the privilege and good fortune to go to a doctor when I or my children needed it and whenever I wanted it. In all the these years, only Dr. Tatiana Gorokhov has been the only medical professional who gave us her undivided attention, listened to all we had to say, and provided treatment on the spot. After five years of frustrating doctors’ visits, it was Dr. Tatiana who patiently listened to my adult daughter, her hurt and anger, and took time to find an MRI we could afford to finally diagnosis the multiple sclerosis she had been living with for years that others diagnosed as depression. My son went for a hip pain that Dr. Tatiana treated right there in the office, and he still talks about how she helped him when that was years ago. It would take pages for me to tell you what she’s done for me and my well being. The receptionist has always been lovely to me ready to take a message or refill a prescription. No telling what they have to deal with day in and day out taking care of the sick and needy, but I am eternally grateful for all they have done for me and my family. Her office is over an hours drive from where I live, and it’s worth it. I wish her and her staff good health, love, and prosperity for all they have done for me. For those looking for a doctor, if you don’t visit Dr. Tatiana, I hope you find a doctor as dedicated and concerned for your well being and quality of life as she has been to mine. Nancy Gunter"
