"If you are looking for a doctor who doesnt respect your time please visit Dr. M. Kassam. You are guranteed to wait in the front lobby for 30 minutes and in the back room for 1 hour. Did I mention that they will close the door and leave you back there with no relaxing music nor televison so you can sit and stress over your illness that may hve taken you there. When he ffinally comes back with his nurse he has a great big smile, no apologies, and straight to business. He spends maybe 5 minutes with you and then sends u off to lab or x-ray. Did i mention the lab is on site? They are the worse with customer service. The absolute worse."
