"I have nothing but good things to say about this facility and my time there. I spent 8 weeks in the PHP program for OCD, and discharged almost two weeks ago. The staff was super sweet, my treatment team was incredible, and everyone at Rogers did a wonderful job making sure the facility felt like a safe and welcoming place. In 8 weeks, I went from feeling absolutely miserable, being practically unable to leave my home, prolonged isolation, cracked and bleeding hands from excessive washing, unable to see a future for myself at all, etc, to feeling the happiest I've felt since I was a very young child. I've gained a sense of direction that I didn't even know could be possible for me anymore. Coming here was quite possibly the best decision of my life thus far. Thank you to Eximen, Erin, Dr. Porter, and Greg for guiding me in my recovery, and to everyone else at Rogers for helping create a pleasant experience."
"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They spent 4 weeks "evaluating" my son only to send us home ($23,000 dollars later) to wait on an opening at the Wisconsin facility. It's been 5 months and haven't heard a word from them after filling out our paperwork."
"My college-aged son recently completed eight weeks of intensive outpatient treatment at Rogers for depression and anxiety. We are incredibly appreciative of this program! We feel like they gave us our son back. He was in a deep pit for about 18 months, and ultimately had to withdraw from school. Now he is smiling, back in class, working out, using a daily planner to keep himself on track, and engaging with family and friends. Thank you, Rogers Behavioral Health."
"From high hopes to dismay. There was a significant difference from the beginning of the program in 2021 to mid 2022. Maybe the result of new ownership? If any concerns arise, prepare to be gaslighted. Get everything in writing. Unfortunately, there are unethical dealings behind the scenes due to poor management. In IOP, exposures were crammed, exacerbating OCD. The IOP therapist was not a good fit for the patient. The request for a change in direction was taken personally, although it was not and ignored, turning into a blame game. Listening is not a strength at Rogers. Compared to other facilities, this was very disappointing. There was also an insurance dispute. Rogers verbally promised the account was on hold until an 'open dispute case' initiated by them to the insurance was resolved. Despite the open and unresolved case, the account was sent to collections and negatively reported in the patient's name, not the person responsible for the bill or insurance. With no warning. Adding hardship to a young adult struggling with a disability who has not even had a chance to build credit. This review excludes the PHP part of the program before the change of ownership. Do Better, Rogers; you are negatively impacting patients' lives."
