"Called to reschedule an appointment for my husband, the reviews were right about the staff. Just after the phone call I decided my husband will NOT be seeing anyone because the staff treats you like trash and belittles you if you ain't got the money or make an inconvenience for them. Sad, I was really looking forward to the psychiatrist to see him because there was great reviews but the bad reviews are mostly about the front desk. I always carefully choose doctors + TRY to avoid the front desk if it means a good doctor in the end but here it is terrible. I will look elsewhere. Also their copay is ridiculous. Does not match what my insurance says it was. Like I said, you're just a paycheck to them not a patient. I feel my husband would've gotten worse just dealing with the front desk. Alright that's all my honest opinion from just a phone call which was gonna be his first appointment. Each to their own if they can deal with rude and arrogant people at the front desk."
