"Disgusting and degrading rapport I have had the displeasure of experiencing... After touring the city of Atlanta with my family and toddler, we decided to visit this establishment to wine down, little did we know that we would be pushed out! Prior to ordering several drinks my son who had not eaten sat down to consume his food. Mind you there's no signage that says outside food are not permitted. Manager, Salvador, comes over and without explanation or options explains that we can't have outside food. Immediately after, my family and I begin cleaning up our area when to our surprise Salvador brings the check which we DIDN'T ask for. After paying I politely asked to speak to him asking if any one of us closed out our tab and he responded by saying, "I told you that you can't have outside food!" My family and I felt unwelcomed, dismissed, and treated unfairly. We then went to the front desk of the hotel to speak to management and Salvador comes over. At this rate I personally felt his antagonistic behavior would make a scene and explained that I didn't appreciate feeling intimated and belittled as he subliminally regarded the "Hilton" hotel as an establishment that rejects "My Kind." The American Hotel, A DoubleTree by Hilton, being redefined and known for its rich history proved otherwise this evening deafening the legacy that this corporation stands for. Highly likely NOT to recommend!"

"I had the most unpleasant experience at this restaurant. My family and I decided to get food and drinks after exploring a long day in Atlanta. The manager Salvador treated us as if we did not belong in the establishment. My family and I ordered at least 5 drinks total. My 2 year old nephew had not eaten all day so his mom decided to feed him noodles, the manager Salvador proceeded to our table to inform us that the restaurant does not allow outside food. My sister (his mom) said ok and began to pack up his things. Salvador decided to come to our table again this time with the check. Not one of my family members asked for the check. We all felt as if we were not welcomed and he was kicking us out. Not only was that rude but humiliating. We were actually trying to order food and more drinks. When I asked Salvador if he is going to take our food order, he said no only drinks. There is no signage stating not to bring outside food. His mannerisms were distasteful and the way he treated and talked to my family was disgusting. I would love if a manager of the corporate office would reach out to me to further discuss this matter."

"This place surprised me. Normally don’t love hotel food but my sandwich was great and green beans were top notch. I took it to go from the bar and they gave me great service, even called to let me know it was ready for pickup. Portion was solid for the $. Well done!"

"Stopped by to check it out after opening for renovations. Nice location with large windows to view downtown. Drinks were amazing! Well balanced and not overly sweet. The Bartenders really made the place! Thank you Dillon and Fallon! Try the Ms. Jackson, you will be sorry if you didn't!"

"Excellent atmosphere, menu for all tastes. Good presentation of the food, food with good flavor, live music Friday and Saturday. but the best of all are their employees"
