"I came in for four new tires and was in and out so fast! Kyle was kind and personable as well as attentive. I think there should have been another person on site, at least that day, maybe others too, as Kyle was multitasking phone calls, more people to serve, but he did it like a boss and handled it all so well! "I highly recommend BJ's Tire Center. I ran over a nail and had to order new tires with a quick turnaround. Bryant and Kyle assisted with ordering new tires that were locally sourced, within my budget, and had the warranty coverage that I wanted. I am a community-based worker and I am required to utilize my vehicle for any community visits. Bryant and Kyle were able to work around my schedule and have my car serviced in under an hour so that I did not have to miss any of my client appointments. The technicians even took the time to show me what to look for in tires should they need to be serviced again. This location provided one of the best customer service experiences I have received when getting my vehicle serviced."
