"DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE IF YOU HAVE BEEN PRIOR DIAGNOSED!!! THEY WILL STING YOU AROUND AND NOT GIVE YOU THE MEDICATION YOU ORIGINALLY WENT TO THEM FOR BUT WILL INSTEAD REDIAGNOSE YOU TO SOMETHING COMPLETLY IRRELEVANT THAT MAKES YOU FEEL EVEN WORSE!!!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I cannot even say anything good at all about this office. I went to them for medication management I had to do an intake in which I understand, but then they wanted to diagnose me with things that were irrelevant to what my original issue was. I have went and gotten test done and was told when they received the result I would then be prescribed the medication that I need. A week later I had not heard anything from them and at this point I called them to find out what was going on. I was then informed that not only did they need previous medical records( filled out the form sent it in and they said they were waiting on a fax number for that office. I ask them how hard it was to call the number that was on the form for the office to get the fax number. I then hung up and called the office got the fax number myself and then called them back with it) but I will also have to make another appointment just to discuss if she is going to put me on the medication or not."
