"Updated Response: The owner that responded to my review below is correct, they never did any service at my house. As stated in my review, the tech that came out, whose name was Sean, tried to take advantage of me so I declined their service. I even mentioned it to the dispatch when they called me for a follow up. I should take one of the 2 stars away for the owner not owning up to their faults. Original Review: I’m in the process of renovating my house and decided to get a locksmith to change the cylinders in my security doors for convenience instead of doing it myself. The tech that was sent to give me a quote was totally dishonest and tried severely overcharge me for a simple cylinder swap. He stated I had special commercial locks that were $250 a piece and since I needed 6, the cost would be close to $1,500. Now knowing he was lying and trying to take advantage of me, I told him no thanks and sent him on his way. I ended up ordering my “residential” cylinders online for $8 a piece and installed them myself for a grand total of $50. If the tech would have quoted me $200-$300, I would have accepted the offer just for my time and convenience. Hopefully, this was just one bad seed and not a reflection of all the techs sent by this company. I gave two stars instead of one because the tech arrived at my house within 30 minutes from my initial phone call."
