Had a geothermal unit which was supposed to heat radiant floor, and in 9 years not only did it never reach minimum optimal temperature, the cost to run it was overwhelming. BOF removed all of the offending geothermal matter, and my house reached perfect temperature in less than 12 hours (in fact, I've had to turn down the thermostats twice). Not only that, unlimited hot water on demand and I use less wood than when I burned in a small wood stove to supplement the inadequate geothermal.
