"I remember when the air conditioner brok Abu saeed ,it was very hot week .And before you sign the lease they treat u nicely, after you signing the lease they treat you rudely."

"I stayed here for seven months in 2022. The first two months were good, but as summer approached, things were deteriorating. The air conditioner broke down. When I told them, the maintenance team came after two days and said something should be replaced. They gave me a small air conditioner to put in my room, but the water was coming out and tired me, and they fixed the air conditioner after a week. After that, the key did not open the door, and when I told them, they did not find a solution for me. They said that you have two weeks left in the lease, and we cannot change the key! The time came for me to leave the apartment, and I left. I was surprised, three months later, with a bill of 350 dollars. When I went to them, they said that you were half an hour late in handing over the keys!. I was patient with the air conditioner when it broke down, and when my key did not open, and when I was half an hour late, they took 350 dollars from me..what a greed"

"My son has lived here for 2 months and so far I’ve been very impressed. He loves living here and I feel like the apartment has everything you could need or want. It’s super nice. The rooftop pool is so nice and clean. The staff notifies when he gets a package to be picked up. I like that the parking garage goes up to each floor so you don’t have to use the elevator. It makes it easy to bring in groceries. It’s safe and affordable. Very nice staff and a great place to live. He can walk to campus in less than 5 minutes."

"I cannot say enough about how pleased we area with 191 College. The staff, including Aubrey, Emma, and Hannah were patient, professional, always upbeat, and most of all, very helpful when we had questions or requests. The whole property looked great and the rooms were immaculate. It was very easy to see that a tremendous amount of effort had gone into preparing the rooms, communicating with residents, making sure every detail was taken care of before move-in began. The move-in was smooth, easy, probably the best and easiest of any we've had so far in many college move-in experiences. We are out-of-state parents so knowing our daughter is in such a safe, well-cared for, and professionally staffed building gives us peace of mind. Thank you, everyone at 191 College for a great experience and place to live!"

"Everything from the very first moment we went into the rental office on N. College St. In September of 2018 until the end of move-in day at 191 College on August 1st for our daughter, has been absolutely spectacular! Every single person that we have come in contact with is kind, considerate, and helpful. They have given us updates throughout the entire building process. Move in day could not have been any more organized. It was done so well with many kind and helpful people staged all around the building to help with the move in process. I’m so thankful my daughter is living in this spectacular building full of some of the most amazing employees I’ve ever come in contact with. A huge thank you to Aubrey and her staff! And I forgot to actually even mention how absolutely gorgeous the interior of the building is. The two bedroom apartment that my daughter is in is very roomy and has great furnishings. The bedroom closets are really big with built in shelving. The kitchen is HUGE with great cabinet space. And the amenities such as the pool, fitness center, and study lounges are out of this world. So thrilled with 191 College!"
