"I was visiting from out of state and wasn’t feeling well. I arrived at 8:30 and considering all the information they had to get from me they were so fast. The staff was amazing from front check in Emily to medical assistants and doctors!! Thanks so much for fixing me up and making me feel better about being away from home and sick. Y’all are awesome!"

"Went in today to be seen. It took 3 hours (which I know sometimes it takes a while), but then they never gave me a diagnosis or said what it could be. I’m feeling like death and they wouldn’t give me a work excuse to be out the next day. I didn’t even have time to ask what the illness could be, because he rushed the entire time he was in my room, didn’t listen to my lungs, and didn’t even give me results to my covid/flu tests, as well as another test that he “didn’t even know about”. When I left, I tried to call back to see if there was any idea of what I have, they forwarded my call to a nurse and the nurse answered the phone but then hung up immediately. The WORST urgent care in the Tristate. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to wait for hours and never get an answer, all the while they prescribe you pills that are unnecessary (because they don’t even know the diagnosis) and don’t even know your height/weight to accurately prescribe you something. This place is a joke."

"I have visited here plenty of times I love Dr. Benton he’s very thorough and he does very good with the kids with anyone he gets you the medication that you need to get better"

"I have visited often and always had a good experience. The staff are always kind, attentive and Dr. Fuller is just fantastic. I was there last week and they were great. I went late after work and they were closing in about two hours but my visit took a little longer and no one complained it seemed put out by it. They called the next day to check on me and expressed legitimate concern. Thank you Bellefonte Urgent Care!"
