"Just an horrible experience all around. I go for a spot on my head and she immediately starts talking about a spot on my back and when I bring up the spot on my head all she can say is “are you sure it will scare taking it off”. Now this worries me since I was told by my PCP that he wanted me to see the Doctor about it (not the PA) because its causing pain that sounds like a nerve, but when I got my appointment scheduled they said I had to see PA or drive all the way to Hurricane/Teays Valley area. The main office is in Huntington but the only doctor works 20-30 mins away? Then they send my bill to an address I haven’t used in over 15 years. Even though I completed a NEW PATIENT form before going back with my new address. So, when I did finally find out about the bill and have them change the address they didn’t change billing address, just my physical address, so the bill was sent to the wrong address again. Canceled my next appointment. If they can’t handle the office I hate to see how the actually procedure would have went."

Will be having two problems removed on my skin then go. Very reassuring. Also all staff is the greatest enjoy myself and had funn. Great to know there is great customer service in all employees. "I had two lesions removed by Jason Wrstenhofer PA on 12/5/22. I was given A&D ointment to put on the sites. I had a severe allergic reaction to the ointment and had an immune response from the allergic reaction and was sick in bed for three days. I left two messages for the nurse at the office and never received a response from anyone. I'm very disappointed with this kind of care and am extremely lucky that I did not go into anaphylaxis. I will definitely be finding another dermatologist and will also be telling all of my friends to do the same."
