"i booked an appointment with Dr Franco a month in advance & they confirmed my appointment more than once & then they call me 3 days before my appointment to tell me they’re not accepting new patients. what a waste of time. i could have looked for another dr if they told me that from the beginning"

"In 1 word: outstanding! Location was super easy to find and the parking lot had plenty of spots available. Dr. Franco had been recommended to me for YEARS. It did take over 30 days to get in to see him, but I was a (brand) new patient! The office staff was quick and extremely friendly. I was called back for my appointment within minutes of sitting down after check-in! The RN was very pleasant and calming (that helped me). She completed her assessment quickly and Dr. Franco was in to see me for my appointment all within a matter of a few minutes (WOW!). He was absolutely amazing! He was so easy to talk to and didn't make me feel bad about not having seen an Dr in so long. Very non judgemental! He was open to listening to me and offered me suggestions that were achievable. He did suggest an x-ray and blood tests ALL WERE DONE IN HIS OFFICE. This was VERY accommodating!!! I was in and out of this appointment, with a test & blood work, within 90 minutes! I cannot recommend Dr. Franco enough. (P.S. I'm sure you can guess, but the check-out experience was just as easy as the check-in.)"
