"Great Doctors. Some of the best I've ever dealt with, and the nursing staff is wonderful as well... The office staff need work. Constantly rescheduling appointments. Bumped my 4mo old's appointment due to a scheduling change, was told next available appointment was five months out. I had to ask if anything could be done to improve that before being told I could request a schedule change. At least they're good at handling a frustrated parent, which I'd expect given how often they make scheduling mistakes."
"Dr. Mao is always kind and attentive. I've only attended for routine annual physicals, but as a young professional looking for a convenient, user-friendly option... I've had no complaints with this office or Dr. Mao. The staff has always been kind and courteous to me, and I have never experienced much of a wait when going early in the morning."
"ONLY some doctors and nurses are really good! The scheduling employee is not very helpful or is a keen problem solver in challenging situations. The office does not have the scope of receiving any emails. If we have to send any paperwork, it has to be only by fax or hand delivery. To top it all, they do not receive the faxes although the receiver's fax machine says that the transmission is okay. No friendly connection- just business."
"Whenever I have needed an appointment, I've been able to work it in the next day. I've seen many of the providers in the office and they've all been fantastic. Dr Johnson is my primary care provider and I love her, but Dr. Mao is also excellent. The care technician Paul is also so great! Love this office."
