"I had the best experience at this facility. I came in with a pretty massive foot injury I was able to walk (Hobble) Straight the receptionist, got to me very quickly and made check-in as fast as possible. Physicians assistant, Ben was absolutely amazing. He had a wealth of knowledge and practical experience. As I said, it was a pretty massive foot injury which he was able to diagnose and start treatment. He let me know the pros and cons of what had happened and what needs to happen. He gave me the facts and my options, plain and straight, but In a professional manner. For someone like me I like when someone tells it to me straight. He started on my paperwork and made additional phone calls and text messages to orthopedic places so that I can get in and get x-rays and continue with my medical treatment. Ben wasted no time and trying to expedite my healing so I was sent for x-rays at another location, and it was no more than 10 minutes after my x-rays were taken that he was already calling me letting me know what the x-rays revealed. I’ve never had anyone stay on top of something like that as quickly as that due to my injury I needed to get an additional shot, Ben called me suggested it and wanted me to come in as soon as I could and he would take care of it personally. I was able to get back around 7 PM at night right before they closed. Ben had been working for 12 hours had not eaten and was still seeing patients at this time, he still had the same smile and positive attitude that I seen from him 12 hours earlier. The rest of the staff was the exact same way. I normally don’t give reviews but physicians assistant, Ben and the rest of the staff at urgent care deserve to be singled out for exceptional care, compassion and professionalism. Thank you for all that you guys have done and if I ever need any additional medical treatments, I will always come to you first. Thank you. Lou Italiano"

"Check in was easy and fast. I was taken in to the back in less than ten minutes, and promptly seen. Vitals taken and information shared. The next medical professionals saw me quickly and I was out in just under an hour. Each professional took their time with me and I was not rushed at all. Will definitely go back if I ever need to and would highly recommend others to go there."

Thoroughly impressed with patient care and their willingness to treat me with kindness and respect. Definitely will be visiting them again if I should have the need for medical attention. "The WellNow team was extremely friendly and helpful. They made my son feel extra comfortable while examining his elbow for potential injury. Mary and Ebony went over and beyond and we are extremely thankful. Went back for myself this time and was impressed that an entirely different staff was present and I received the same extraordinary care. The front office team of Teresa and Alisa were very pleasant in the lobby. Stacie took her time with my vitals and Mary was extremely thorough during my exam. I would definitely recommend this clinic to everyone. They are able to service all ages."
