"I hate to write such a horrible review for a great doctor. Dr. Ness has been wonderful! But his office staff is horrible. They refuse to see anyone who has an insurance provider that is out of network, even those willing to self pay. This is our established doctor for the past 7 years and we spent most of those years self paying! They said it would be fraud for me to self pay. How is it fraud for me to pay them out of my own pocket? Insane.. The funny thing is our insurance which they do not take was cancelled over a month ago. We called and verified this, but they are insistent that we still have it. They don't even consider that there could be a lag in the electronic system. We all know technology is always 100 percent correct! My son was having severe abdominal issues today and they refused to even give any medical advice and told me to bring him to urgent care! I miss the days where doctors and staff actually put the patient and their needs first! Why even be a part of the medical field if you want to treat your patients this way!"

"I’m leaving two stars because at least someone answered the phone. I was calling to make a new patient appointment for my daughter, and was left on hold for five minutes, only to come off hold, and for someone to put me on hold again"

"I was set to go for my initial visit here and had something come up work related, so I called to reschedule and two of the three times I called I was placed on the inevitable hold. So, after calling three times I was greeted over the phone by a lady that had the personality of a hub cap. Needles to say that conversation didn’t go far. I waited a few minutes and called back to just cancel the appointment and was greeted this time by a young lady that talked like a squeaky mouse and could barely hear her. Hey doc, you may want to revamp the ladies that answers your phones. Just be aware of the front office staff! If this is a representation of the rest of the staff, I’m happy with my decision to NOT use this doctor! Oh, also.. On their patient information forms that you have to fill out before your initial visit, one of the questions is “Do you own any firearms”… here’s your answer “NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS” COVERED BY THE 2nd AMENDMENT!"

"We've been really happy with our experience. Dr. Ness respects our wishes to not vaccinate. He worked very hard to get my ASD son comfortable with him. I did not feel rushed. He listened to my concerns. And wrote up blood work I asked him to run without telling me it's not necessary. I feel like I can really advocate for my son and be heard with Dr. Ness, and not dismissed."

"I was pregnant and needed a Doctor so my amazing midwife told me about Dr. Ness. I was impressed when my midwife referred me to Dr. Ness. I had my baby and needed to go to the office for my baby's first check up with Dr. Ness, it was during cold season and in his office there were having a lot of sick patient. Dr. Ness asked to come to my house!!! I was so impressed with that alone but when he came he was amazingly kind and spent a good time checking my newborn baby and me. I knew then and there that he was a very special Doctor. My children have been going to him for eight years now. We are very happy with everything from beginning to end. The secretaries, nurses, all his staff are wonderful and very professional. We are definitely blessed to have Dr. Ness!"
