"The Dr is never available. You will maybe see him 1 time throughout your child’s first years of life however his nurse practitioners are great. The greatest problem is his lack of work ethic from his clerical staff. I was on hold for 24 plus minutes only to be hung up on. When I called back I was placed on hold again. I waited another 12 minutes on hold before I called and pressed a random number. I didn’t get anywhere. I spent over 4 hours being disrespected while my child was in pain. I will be seeking another pediatrician. Unapologetically disgusted!"

"Use caution when dealing with Dr. Bunnell. He will enter diagnostic codes to submit to insurance to increase his profit and payment; however, he will not say anything about the alleged "issues" with your baby nor will he treat the alleged "issue". I would think if the health problem was that severe to notate to my insurance company, it should be severe enough to actually treat the problem......use caution."
