"After calling during business hours 3 times (separate days over a 2 week span) and leaving messages 3 times with no answer or call back I have nothing much to say but this office obviously has no interest in assisting its patients."
"I do not recommend this facility. Dr Simmons may be a good doctor but his staff is less than desirable. The office manager will not let you speak to the Dr. concerning the issues patients and their family face dealing with the staff. I have caught several mistakes in the record keeping and have been billed for services after my insurance had paid them in full. Trying to get a complete medical record after you leave is impossible. Do yourself a favor and seek a different care provider. It isn't the Doctors there but the staff that creates and nurtures the problems."
