"I had been inquiring about a referral to see an ENT doctor because my daughter had been experiencing recurrent ear infections for over 6 months, sometimes twice a month. I really didn’t want her to get tubes put in her ears. The nurse said they couldn’t give her a referral unless she had more than 6 infections, which she was way past. Finally after administering Rocephin, which is very painful, they decided to finally give her a referral. By the time we got the referral, the ENT specialist said due to the number of ear infections she had and because she had already had the Recephin, the only option at that point was to put tubes in her ears. There was another time I tried to make an appointment to get my daughter checked because she had been around someone who was diagnosed with Covid & she started coughing up mucus & was becoming congested. The earliest appointment they had was 11 AM & I needed something after 3. Instead of scheduling her an appointment for the next day, I was told “they don’t schedule appointment in advance for coughs. You have to call the day of”, which really upset me because what if you don’t have any appointments available during the time I need. Why can’t you schedule an appointment in advance? Regardless of the reason, an appointment is an appointment. After telling them she had been exposed to Covid, they then said Dr. Wade wants an at home Covid test done first before he will see the patient, which is ridiculous. I’m not sure what 2 year old will sit through a Covid test, let alone trying to do an at home Covid test!!! anytime I’ve expressed any concerns Dr. Wade & his team, they seem to brush them off. The only nurse my daughter & I like is Mrs. Maragarita & I hate my daughter has to leave her because my daughter absolutely adores her. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DR WADE!!!! I’m taking my daughter somewhere else to get the care that she deserves. This office is ridiculous."

"It's difficult to rate Dr. Wade. On the one hand he seems like a good doctor medically. On the other three office is very disrespectful of your time. 30 minutes late to be shown back, and 45 is normal."
