"Dr. Moore is excellent. The 3 stars is for the office staff, below average. Refilling prescriptions is a nightmare. The prescription is often delayed or sent to the wrong pharmacy. My child needs this prescription monthly, and this may cause me to go to a different office."

"Dr. Moore is one of the best in the industry. We first started seeing her when my son was 4 and his nurse at the S. Houston Lake office (retired?). We saw Dr. Al first, who is good. Then another Dr. whose name I can't remember, but he was awful!!!!! I had to reschedule again just for a chance to see at least Dr. Al. Dr. Al wasn't there that day so we saw Dr. Moore. Well let's just say that my son is very precocious and I literally saw heart eyes LOL!! I've taught him how to communicate his ailments to the doctor directly and some of them still dismiss him. Dr. Moore did not! She listened to him intently and was able to "Jedi mind trick" him into confessing that he put something in his ear!! He absolutely loves her and his outlook on going to the doctor is super positive because he thinks his doctor is the grown up Doc McStuffins, so she has to be super brilliant and thorough :). All of that to say, I LOVE HER!!"
