"Office manager is extremely rude. Has tried to diagnose me just got off the phone I’m assuming it was the office manager extremely rude . It’s a shame that the doctor is actually leaving the facility is really going downhill. I’ve never had the office manager diagnose people and they are extremely rude."

"I see Lynn and my wife sees Nick, and they are AWESOME !!! But leaving a voicemail doesn’t always get a call back, usually not. Which makes it EXTREMELY hard to get a refill or schedule an appointment. And when you call the system says open till say 5pm that day…at 4:30 it goes to answering service who usually picks up and hangs up repeatedly. But the docs and staff are AWESOME !!"

"Went in with a sinus infection on a Monday. Saw a PA. He didn't really listen to my past experiences with sinus infections. Did not prescribe an antibiotic. Went home with a prescription nose spray and OTC recommendations. Did not improve after 2 days. I call back on Wednesday. They call back on Thursday morning saying they will check back with me in 5 dsys.....after a holiday weekend. I get to suffer 5 more days. No thank you. Looking for a new family doctor."

"I’m not a big fan of doctors in general. Most doctors I’ve gone to have put me in a box with 100 other patients & don’t listen. BUT Dr Randall Peterson is the BEST doctor ever! He listens to how I feel about my health & takes time to explain my options. His knowledge & expertise is unsurpassable. The staff is pretty awesome also! They are knowledgeable, very helpful & personable. We are blessed to have found such excellent healthcare in Hurricane, WV."
