"Never have I felt like my health was so unimportant. I missed an appointment due to an emergency with my own patient. I called the office before hours and left a message on the answering service but was considered a no call no show when in fact I did call . Because I couldn't show.. this was strike 1 my strike 2 came when I had to reschedule an appointment at the last minute. But long story short the only way I can get into see Ms. Vicky is to call everyday to see if there is an opening. Well I work I work full time . We are short staffed so I work alot. And everytime I have a free minute I'm told sorry we don't have anything."

"Vicki has a great "bedside" manner and actually takes the time to not only hear what I'm saying, but also listens to and retains the info, not just for the moment but also looking toward the future of my health and well-being long-term. My status as a new patient included an understanding of my numerous prescriptions and health history. She promptly addressed all that and any new questions or followups I had. I've yet to be seen in a medical practice with multiple providers that were able to make me feel as attended to as she does being the lone provider at her office."

"If I could give this place negative stars I would. Don't waste your time. When I made my appointment I was asked what are your current medications, when I went to the appointment she refused to give me refills on meds I had been on for over a year. I was on these medications because I needed them now I'm waiting on another appointment elsewhere & in a tailspin because what she prescribed isn't helping me. The only positive thing I have to say is the girl at the front desk was kind."

"My 17Yr old Daughter had an appointment & was 20min early! She & I went in signed in gave our insurance cards , etc. Sat down filled out new patients papers. When it was time for her appointment she was still in the waiting area finishing up her paper work. The girl at the window said we have to reschedule your appointment we have another patient coming in that need's to be seen. That's totally wrong & unprofessional.!! I wouldn't send any of my friend's or family to this office!! Do my child wrong by making her reschedule knowing she was on time for her appointment hard to tell what they'll have you doing next!!"

"Had my first visit today. It’s really nice to have someone listen and help try to figure out what’s going on as opposed to some other doctors who just want to shut you up, jam pills down your throat, and send you out the door"
