"The woman named Shauna completely ruined this franchise for me, I can’t believe you would hire such a rude old lady—considering that she looks to be in her late fourties you’d think she’d have some respect for herself and the others around her, she was saying the most vile things behind the counter in front of my children that they shouldn’t have to known about until I was comfortable enough to tell them, I also find the way she groped the other co-workers to be absolutely horrid. I will never be back after experiencing such a crude encounter."

"My fiancé and I just went to Burger King on in Oxford on Highway 21 South after waiting for 10 minutes at the speaker with nobody in line, finally I gave them my mobile order name, we get to the window and still nobody in line had us wait another 10 minutes at the door. We had ordered the 2 for $6 Quarter Pound Single Sandwiches and had asked for ONLY cheese, mayo, ketchup, and extra pickles. We get home, and there's onions on it. I just worked a 12 hour day and have to be at work in the morning and so I called and informed them (the lady wouldn't tell me her name because she hung up on me) that they had put onions on the sandwiches. I was very nice saying I didn't want to go back out tonight, she said well just take them off. Horrible, horrible customer service. We paid for our food to be made correctly. And when I told her my fiancé can still taste the onions after removing them so he still cannot eat them. She called me a liar. Saying onions do not affect a burger. Would not recommend this specific Burger King if it was the last one on earth, and I would give you O stars!"

"Honestly don’t even bother going. VERY Rude staff. I haven’t been in over a year for this reason. Decided to give it another shot today as I was craving a whopper. Ordered my food, they up sold me to a large. No big deal. Get to the window to receive my food the lady just hands me the bag and immediately turns away in a rude fashion. I had to get their attention to ask for sauces. They told me it would be $.27 for a sauce pack. After just spending $13 on a fast food meal I now have to pay for a pack of sauce to eat with it? I don’t think so. BK restaurants are dropping like flys. I hope this one does as well. Tried contacting customer support and get nothing but a revolving automated message. If that’s how they want to do business fine. But I’ll take my money elsewhere and you should too."
