"Thought I'd treat myself to KFC, but the chicken was terrible. Old grease, or overcooked or both - none of the flavor of the batter I recall. I'd been getting deli-fried chicken from a Grocery Store chain, reasonable price and reliably good to very-good. This? 8-pcs of dry, poor tasting chicken for $23. Booo"

"They left food off my Christmas Eve dinner order; however, later when I noticed and went back they were very apologetic and even offered me free sides to make up for their mistake(I didn't need them). So all and all I know everyone makes mistakes and just very pleased with the fact that they didn't have any problems fixing their mistake even though they were having to work on Christmas Eve."

"I ordered an 8pc wing through the APP. I simply called down and told them I was on the way and could they drop my wings fresh. The lady who answered stated, “if you want them fresh you must come here” I said that’s fine but I literally live up the street. She proceeded to say well sir you have to come in I said well cancel the order she said “we’ll cancel it then” laughed and hung up in my face. Not to mention the card I am using is no where to be found and my Apple Pay is currently messed up! I have plenty of money to pay but I can only do it through the app unfortunately. I ordered a new card but that doesn’t have anything to do with KFC"

"My son and I stopped by KFC in Oxford, AL around 12 or so today to get a little snack. I ordered some hot wings and came home to eat them. My son have been saying he wasn't feeling well after eating it. He just threw up 15 minutes ago. I'd show the aftermath from the food poisoning he received, but it looks like a horror movie splatter scene."
