"This practice is so unprofessional! I was not notified that my child’s pediatrician of 7 years was no longer at the practice. I showed up to a well visit and was then told I would see a nurse practitioner and that “the system” did it automatically. The front desk personnel took no responsibility (which it is the office managers responsibility to run a practice in a ethical manner). As a healthcare professional myself, I know the importance in keeping the patients informed. She didn’t look at me the whole time, she kept her face in the computer. I will not be back."

"My son has been going here for 7 years. Every other visit (if not more often), we sit and wait for at least an hour. One time, I was there for an hour and 45 minutes before going back. And once you go to the back, you still sit and wait in the exam room. I really like Dr. Chen, but we've got a new baby on the way and I can't imagine sitting there for hours with a newborn while waiting for a simple checkup. I understand that sick kids come first, but when you have too many patients, no one gets good medical care and good service. The last time I went was because my son needed a checkup and I thought they had done one when we were there a month before, but they just checked his warts and a sore knee. (I told the receptionist we needed a checkup, warts looked at, and he had a sore knee from falling.) I didn't think that they would just ignore his yearly checkup, which I asked for, but they did. I was shocked and then we waited for nearly 2 hours another day to see a different doctor. The nurse completely forgot to take my son's blood pressure, which the doctor caught, but still... Thankfully, my son is relatively healthy and we don't have to go but once or twice a year. However, we will be switching to a doctor who doesn't have so many patients."
