"The technician told me one rate and the owner told me a higher rate. Over priced. Found another local HVAC repair company that will do the job for 70% less. Owner continued to state I was trying to tell him how to run his company and what to do when I was only asking for an emailed quote and asking about the price difference. Made several condensing remarks about me only paying him the $125 house call fee and not buying the unit from him. His tone and words suggested that I should be honored to have his company do this job for me. I regret contacting this company."
