"Prompt, friendly, clean - probably my quickest doctor visit yet. My GPS had some trouble getting me to the proper location, but that's more of a GPS issue and I run into that frequently. Of all the Marshall fields of medicine I have encountered so far, this has been the best office of all. And as I have a child with special needs, I have seen Many specialist, doctors, and various offices - so that's saying something. I wish the pediatric building had as consistent a quality of professionals as the internal medicine office."
"Nurses/Staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never have I ever been treated so poorly in my life."
"I usually hate all doctor visits cause you usually sit there forever, then have to repeat yourself like three plus times. Theres usually a Marshall Intern that in my case they've all literally stunk. Well this place on my visit was 100% different. When I entered the popup Info desk guided me to the 3rd floor for Endocrinology. I sat for no longer than five minutes in the waiting room and in the exam room combined. The nursing staff was friendly and welcoming and then Dr. Jones was nice, knowledgable and easy to talk to. Best part there was no smelly Interns! I absolutely loved my visit and actually not dreading my next A1C. The overall design of the facility is amazing, especially the curb appeal. On each level there's huge windows overlooking nearby properties or their car lot. Each floor has big spacious bathrooms. My only decor flaw was the info desk upon entry was a popup table. Other than that small flaw I highly recommend."
"I was referred to Dr. Webb in rheumatology, he was very rude, I have had Lupus for 30 years and I am suffering a severe flare. As I described my situation he dismissed everything I said, basically said the Drs I had been to didn’t know what they were doing, the tests I had were false positive, all the symptoms I was having was nothing, if I didn’t have arthritis I didn’t have lupus. My PCP sent me there in hopes he could put me on medication regimen to control flare ups. He gave me an order for bloodwork but I’m sure that will be false positive as well. My opinion, he doesn’t know his hind end from a hole in the ground."
"Really hit or miss, honestly. The care is okay as long as you don’t need an authorization and condescension is something you enjoy. They’re incredibly thorough; It takes 17 tests and a couple months to diagnose an issue. I can’t blame them for being thorough, but how long it takes is just obnoxiously drawn out. Go here for scan, go there for that test, but come here at this time for another. Then when you’re finally diagnosed, it’s another couple weeks and another appointment for a treatment plan, but not before another test is done to satisfy insurance. Then when you get the script and take it to a pharmacy, the pharmacy needs some authorization from insurance and they needs authorization from your doctor. Good luck getting that in a timely manner. We’ve waited on an authorization for months now, at one point we just gave up and paid the full amount. They told us not to do that, but when you should be done with your first treatment with nothing to show for it, you get a little anxious and angry because you want your issues to get fixed. Now it’s time for a refill and it’s the same process, except this time the prescription costs a lot more than it did. Even after 5 or 6 voicemails over the last couple of weeks, and a direct call from the doctor promising to get it sorted soon, we haven’t had any shred of success. I went to my first appointment in the beginning of 2019, and should be on my 3rd treatment by now, instead I’m still waiting on my 2nd. Timing is an incredibly important aspect of treatment, and they seem to have literally no sense of time. It’s honestly incredible. So, hopefully you won’t turn to dust before getting that authorization from your doctor, or you have enough in the bank to pay out of pocket. Good luck!"
