"I've been sick for about 2 weeks now and these people have no idea what is going on!! I first went in for nausea and vomiting, they said it was acute nausea. I went back in and they said the same thing. So then I started feeling a little better but started to get a sore throat so I went back in and got seen. The doctor I saw was almost off his shift and he was literally in the room for less than 3 minutes and said I have a sore throat and put me on antibiotics well doing my research I have strep throat."

"My husband has been there twice n the second time is now. Gene has been so rude n unprofessional cussing telling me lies saying my husband was being transported n I couldn't talk to him. I told him I was allowed I have medical power of attorney on file there. He said if I yelled at him again he was going to hang up n I would not be allowed to talk to my husband. Gene did this before to us when he flirting with my niece that used to work there. He got mad because my husband refused to talk to her so he put on my hubby's chart that my hubby didn't want to talk to me. My husband is a disabled combat vet n doesn't deserve to be treated like that. So watch out folks gene think he's king. Then the nurse Kenzy I believe yelled this has been going on all day. Well of course we're married n we talk all the time n check on each other's health. Taking phone priveledges away is wrong. Gene was reported the 1st time patient advocate n of course never did a thing. I guess Gene needs reported to the ohio nursing board... Maybe the complete nursing staff at pomeroy holzer ER...they are all rude n unprofessional. Especially the night shift n second shift. Rude n unprofessional."

"this place is disgusting. we got put in basically a coat closet there was blood on the floor. someone else’s urine on the nasty metal tray they had in there. dirty blankets piled on the visitor chair. overall i’d rather die than to be seen by this poor excuse of a hospital."

"Had little to no wait in the lobby, my nurses and techs all were pleasant and polite. I saw Dr. Hammock who was Excellent. Impeccable bedside manner, extremely observant, and so helpful. Pointed me in the direction of a specialist for an issue I had been struggling to diagnose with other doctors for a year, he figured it out within one visit. Thank you!"

"Nurses were great first doctor came in and tried to stare me down like I was wanting pain pills. After cat scan and blood and urine samples paced my room in pain for 2 hours and no one came to check in on me. Finally a different doctor came and gave diagnosis to shots in my but and a script. Then another 50min pacing in pain they finally let me go(4 1/2hrs there). 9 hours later still can't sit down still can't put my own cloths on. No clue if I am ever gonna be able too I'd go somewhere else if you can. Pain was to intense so I settled but didn't even help."
