"Their medical services meet expectations, but they are terrible at managing their appointment times and schedule. You will spend at least 90 minutes for a simple checkup visit(I have been to this practice plenty of times). After the nurse/aid takes you to the room to gather all the information for the doctor ( takes about 5-10 minutes). They keep you in the room waiting for at least 30 mins. I don’t know if the doctor forgets, the nurse doesn’t communicate, don’t know, but they should fix that. If the doctor takes their time with their patients that is a good thing, but that should be considered in your scheduling. Your patients are your customers as well and their time should be valued as well"
"I took my son to Dr. Willingham for an routine annual well child visit after his previous pediatrician retired. It was a normal visit in which she asked if we had any questions, and she answered the few that we had. Specifically our question was about excessive dandruff my son was experiencing since playing football. Nothing out of the ordinary about the visit, until I received the bill! Not only was my insurance company charged for the well child visit, but also for a separate outpatient visit, and brief emotional assessment…. I called the office and was told by George, the office manager that because we asked about the dandruff, and a prescription shampoo was called in, it required a separate charge. What kind of unethical, deceptive practice is this? Not only were we asked if we had any questions, we were also not made aware that her answering would be a separate charge! And I have no idea what the brief emotional assessment is for!!! In reviewing the notes provided from the visit, it states nothing about additional services provided. As a matter of fact, I noticed the lady (I can’t even refer to her as a Dr. at this point) notes that my son was obese…. He plays football, works out everyday, and has maybe 5% body fat! Not only is she unethical in her practice of running up the bill on a patient, she also lacks common sense! I have called several times and have been told by George, the office manager, that the Ms. Willingham would call me directly to discuss, but 10 days later I am still waiting on the call. DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING! And if you have been here, I suggest you check your bill! I have opened a case with my insurance company to have her investigated and removed from their list of primary care Doctors."
"I love Dr. Willingham and her team! She knows her stuff through and through she has always helped me with my boys especially when they are sick. And if she don’t know she will send you to a specialist for further assessment. She has been taking care of my oldest since she he was a new born and he will soon be 9 now. So she is worth the drive."
"I have been with Dr. Willingham since my baby was born and Doc was in Clarkston. They told me she retired, I didn’t believe them. I researched her and found her office in Snellville. I’m so happy for her and proud of her.Doc and her team is so amazing, friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. They are they best with children. My son loves when I tell him he has an appointment! We are staying with Dr. Willingham until he gets too old. I highly recommend Intouch Pediatrics to everyone. They are simply the best."
