Mike and his son came right away to tow us in, Jay fixed our truck for us, and everyone went above and beyond (until 7:30pm on a Friday no less!) to help us out of what could have completely ruined our trip! "Called and was quoted $102 an hour for pricing and scheduled tow for next day. Called to get the ball rolling on the tow and was THEN told it would be $250. So now I'm another day behind and still looking for a tow company. Bait and switch garbage. Plus, it's literally 19 miles of highway, not wrecked, easy tow."

"Unfortunately, you can’t rate a business as zero because that is what I would give them. A one is too much. I have never experienced such unprofessional and mentally unstable business owners. Not only do they do they add charges that I do believe go against the regulations set by county commission they are also very aggressive towards people who try to come pay for their things, require you to complete paper work that they don’t have (intentionally making it impossible/difficult to pick up your vehicle) and used the most inappropriate actions and language around my 3 year old. They refuse to answer questions and do not do an inventory check on your vehicle. Making it easier for them to steal the items out of your vehicle and take no responsibility for any damage they may have caused to the vehicle. I plan on getting to the bottom of why these things are not being investigated and more regulated. No company should be able to do the things that they are doing."

"Do not ever use this company. They grossly overcharge. We broke down needing a transmission, it took 18 days for repair. Absolutely no communication. We were lied to on every level. The business property is a disgusting filthy dump. Extremely unprofessional. It would have been cheaper and faster to have the truck towed back to Iowa for repair. An absolute joke."
