"first of all they begin by accusing me of using my torque wrench as a breaker bar. then they figure it out they had my wrench mixed up with another wrench. they said itll be 2-3 weeks until they ship it out. they have had my torque wrench for 2 and a half months now and it is nowhere to be seen. i do not reccomend this company due to the disrespect i recieved, the lack of communication and the very slow turnover. i hope to recieve my torque wrench sometime soon but we will see what happens."
