"Was charged $6500 for labs that I never received an update on and when i call no one knows what labs im talking about. Literally 25 different labs i was billed for. HOW?! Appointment was sketchy they were trying to run all types of unnecessary test. This facility runs as if they do fraud. Just running up a tab for an insurance pay out. Currently disputing my claim and getting me a civil lawyer because i refuse to pay. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH NO LABS YET THOUUSSAANNDDSSS OF DOLLARS FOR THEM?!! Make it make sense. Also this office is so slow. Prepare to be there FIVE hours for a 10 minute interaction."

"Where is Dr. Sewell??? I was billed for a physician visit but was seen by a Nurse Practitioner and was also billed for a urinalysis but did not provide a urine sample. Also the wait time is excruciating, expect to wait at least an hour or more."

"Small office but great doctor! With having a new born and 2 big kids Ive been there quite a few time. But every time we go in Doctor Sowell is very thorough and relatable. There may be a little wait but they will see you and get you what you need."

"I read the other reviews and I disagree w the wait time issue, or maybe it was an odd day. I have never had to wait very long. I brought my book the first time coming here and didn’t even get to open it before I was called to the room. Everyone is very friendly. I actually chose this location over the PCP originally put under my insurance because this was the ONLY dr office who accepts my insurance & actually answered the phone. I spent months trying to call south side medical and never even had an appointment booked. So wild. But I digress - this place is easy parking, easy to get an appointment, easy access. Nice, professional staff. I feel very comfortable here!"

"Dr. Sewell wait time years ago use to be long but now it's not. She is worth any wait time in my book. Dr. Sewell saved my life. She is an excellent doctor, very kind, considerate, compassionate and freakin knowledgeable about every thing it seems like. Her staff is very very friendly and they know who you are on the phone before you tell them your name. I've been bless to have her as my doctor. Love her."
