"Dr Pikholz is great but this rating is for the office staff and the front desk at johnson ferry rd who have zero customer service. I left a voice mail on nurses line with my feedback and asked that msg is delivered to Dr. Likata and Dr. Pikholz but I don't think they did so here is my review. More than a week ago, I asked the office to give me two forms for my son kindergarten registration. I went to the office not knowing that getting them will take long since I just did them in July of last year (my kids have been dr.Pikholz's patients for 4 yeasr). The receptionist was rude and said I can't wait in office for that reason and asked for the office manager. A person came out from inside with a very bad attitude not even introducing herself yelling at me that these forms take 2 days and sometimes 5 days to be sent . How am I suppose to know this piece of info.? A simple explanation wpuld have been sufficient. Up till now, they hadn't emailed me my son's form. The doctors are very good but the whole place has a serious problem in customer service. Don't expect to be treated as a valued customer at any time. Very disappointing!"
