"Dr Malik is great we like her a lot. HOWEVER we will be switching to another practice because of the office staff. There are one or two people whom we like however we consistently get the same check in nurse that has zero personality and always seems like she is in a terrible mood who barely speaks legibly. Then we have had multiple times where the office staff argued with us about items which we were correct on. Additionally we have called for appointments and been given a time then arrive at said time to be told we don't have an appointment. In addition to this when trying to check out and leave with our sick child one day we had to wait on the back desk lady to finish the entry she was making into her check book then get her purse close the app on her phone, put everything in her purse. Once everything was in her purse she put it back under the desk and then asked us to repeat the patients name because she forgot. I have read other reviews of disappointment in the support staff so beware that yes the Dr's are very nice, but you spend much more time with the staff whom I think several of are extremely sub par."
