"I always have a great experience at Locust Grove pediatrics. The staff members are friendly and welcoming. The nurses, NP, and doctors always listen to all my concerns. Taylor and Mackenzi are normally who take us back and have always been so helpful and kind. The office manager, Debbie, has been nothing but friendly and welcoming every time I come in. The only complaint I have is that during our last visit my children had to hear a rude parent cussing and being mean to not only the staff members but other parents because she was late to her appointment and made everyone else's wait time longer than normally. I normally don't have a long wait time from when I arrive, to getting called back, to seeing the doctor. Never had a parent act out this way in the 9 years I have been coming here. The staff did an excellent job making sure everyone was being taken care of in a timely manner and focused on the children, the staff can't help how a parent acts."

"do not recommend especially if you are of any other race than caucasian! Taylor is super rude! the office manager thinks she’s your mom and is super rude as well. Office has a 5 F I V E min grace period. regardless of if you call or not! Please don’t disagree with the front office staff or you’ll be threaten to be removed. Office has no people of color or hispanic. expect over an hr for each appointment. just avoid all together! i would give 0 stars if possible. no consideration at all!"

"Do not recommend! I called the office to see if I could make a new patient appointment and the lady acted like I was bothering her by asking questions. I’ll take my child somewhere before I spend my money at this facility."

"Love Locust Grove Pediatrics! Everyone is super nice and the doctors are great. I started taking my youngest here in 2012. All 3 of my kids were born early and looked over many times because of that. They all really care and give the best treatment possible to the kids and babies."
