"I do not recommend this office. They do not tell you when you make an appointment or when confirming appts that they require masks, even for just a sports physical. If you do not have one they charge $1 per mask. If you have requirements you need to make them known before the appointment. While I used to carry masks during Covid, this is not a requirement for healthy people. Charging $1.00 for a paper mask is ridiculous when it’s your own business requirement. We will no longer support this local office as there procedures need some work and they should be transparent nowadays with their requirements."
