"I love Dr. Manley. I have been coming here for nine years. All three of my kids see and loves Dr. Manley. It's genuine care and love she has for my kids. They are more then just patients. Even though it's busy here, she still gives the best care and takes her time. Front desk is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who really wants a provider to care for there kids. This is more than just a job. We need more providers like Dr. Manley definitely when it comes to our kids."

"* Understanding, but frustrated* I NEVER leave reviews, but I felt compelled to today. First and foremost, Dr. Manley is an amazing doctor. She is very personable, answered all of my questions, and treated my infant with such great care. Unfortunately the one star comes in because this establishment is very unreliable. I completely understand that life is unpredictable, but cancelling 3 appointments, 3 months in a row for an infant, and attempting to cancel my first appointment while I was in the waiting room is unacceptable. My child was scheduled for her 9 months appointment, which was cancelled and rescheduled the next month. Things happen. That's fine. They called again the morning of her second appointment to cancel again. As everyone has previously said, the staff is extremely rude. Instead of rescheduling her 9 month appointment at 11 months, I declined and found another provider. For some reason, they still scheduled my appointment and called today to cancel for the 3rd time! I don't know if Fridays are just bad days to schedule appointments, but I find this completely unacceptable. It is a shame that such a great provider does not keep appointments. Im an understanding person. Waiting over an hour during her first appointment because they were short staffed was fine. Rescheduling an appointment once was fine. Rescheduling 3 times, dealing with a rude receptionist, and falsely scheduling appointments that potentially come with a no show fee is where I draw the line."

"One star because I think waiting for over a hour and a half for a infant check up (after making a appointment) is ridiculous. I went twice, and Dr Manly had a excuse for why it took so long so I just thought it was a fluke. Third time, same thing. We won’t be back. Very unprofessional."
