"I took my daughter in sick with fever they said nothing was wrong and sent her home with cough syrup. Well then we had to take her to the ER at 3am because she was burning up with a fever. They found out she had an ear infection. All this time in the ER could have been avoided if they would not rush in and out and thoroughly check for everything. They also keep you on hold whenever they do decide to answer the phone here. We will be transferring to another pediatrician! The Doctors here should just go ahead and retire. They have no connection with the children. My daughter does not like them"

"So we moved to the area and were looking for a pediatrician. We had an appointment at 9:15 and they told us to go back to a room. We went back there and waited for 50 minutes with nobody coming or even letting us know that they would come. The nurse who saw us was very sweet but then we had to wait another 35 minutes for the doctor just to tell us the girls look good and did a two minute evaluation and sent us on our way. We left at 11:30 so the appointment was close to two hours for "

"DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT take your children to Dr. Potts in Fayetteville for pediatric care!! Trust me when I say that he insists everything is completely fine when it’s clearly not & he’s done this to my daughter twice! Every time he’s said she’s fine & to do this & that, a couple days later we end up at the emergency room because she wasn’t actually okay!"

"Answer the phone. I have an issue with trying to reach someone from this office. I have emailed and called and even left a VM and no one has returned any of my messages. I am trying to retrieve my children’s medical records as we are a military family and I need their records. This is not good customer care and I pray for a shift in leadership regarding a better experience with customer care."

"Dr Potts has took care of my older son until he was 21 and we love him. He takes care of my son with cerebral palsy and I wouldn't have it any other way. The staff is remarkable. I've been seeing Dr potss for over 32 years"
