"Don't try setting a new appointment, the person on the phone actively discourages you. Everything you say gets a negative response. I'm calling to set an appointment and all I hear is "Well we won't be able to get you in anytime soon, maybe try CVS or some other place" I said, well I also need to get a referral and she again told me about how long their wait is and maybe calling someone else. Can you imagine someone actively discouraging new patients? it's baffling."
"I've been taking my kids to Dr. Gold since 2014 and I am completely satisfied with the level of care that he has provided for them. He takes every concern seriously and I feel listened to. There was a time in 2020 where a medical problem suddenly came up with my child, all I had to go off on was a 'gut feeling', and I felt like it was a flimsy reason to bring my son in, but Dr. Gold listened to me and didn't brush aside my concerns. We quickly found out the cause of the problem and it was resolved within a short amount of time. This is but one example out of many. My family has since moved to another county and we will have to see another pediatrician due to the distance, but we will miss Dr. Gold and his incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring staff so much."
