"The people who fix things are nice, but the owners are not honest people. I had a mower in for the same problem 4 times. I got charged 3 times to fix the same issue that wasn't fixed. This is all due to new owners. The old owners were honest. They lost an entire family of life long customers."

"I took my brand new mower in for service. They fixed why it wouldn’t run but when I picked it up it was smoking a little. I asked why and he said just excess oil they probably dropped on the engine. I just went with what he said. A month later it drained itself of all oil. Missing screws and I’ve been trying to reach them for awhile now and it only rings busy. I’m extremely upset. This was a brand new mower. Now it’s probably junk."
