"Mr. Starkey is a very friendly guy and knows what he is doing but at 89 years old its time to retire. The company I work for has used him for years for microwave repairs but the last year or two he has become unreliable. He takes days to get to our place and look at the issue, then says he will order parts and be back on Monday and we never see him again. After a month or two we call him again and he repeats the process.. shows up, looks at the issue, order parts and never returns. Just recently we found another company that can fix our industrial microwaves."
