"My children are new patients of Dr Ryan’s. I did not know hours of operations and I reached out via their chat for what I thought was a really big deal(turned out to be nothing). They responded promptly and said can you come in at 1? We showed up to just one car in the parking lot. Dr Ryan opened his office on his day off for us. He probably wouldn’t want me to write this because I’m sure he wouldn’t want this to be expected but wow! Never in this day and age. He’s like a small town doctor who truely cares."

"One of our children sees a specialist and we changed specialist and we’ve been following his advice the whole time for our daughter. Dr. Ryan was her Dr at the time and saw her in the office twice since her specialist follows up with her more closely. Dr. Ryan took an accusatory tone when stating his opinions on our choices for our daughter as her parents. When we have been closely working with her specialist to find the right procedure for her, Dr. Ryan accused us and thought that we were afraid of their recommendations which was far from the truth we wanted to make sure that we found the right fit for her and that we would make up excuses to not do it. We care more for our child than he could ever and we wanted to make sure that she had the best fit, because anytime your child goes for a procedure it’s not 100% certain they’re going to make it off the table. We do not take chances with our children’s lives unless we are 100% certain and comfortable that’s not fear that’s wisdom. We found a new pediatrician the following week and can not recommend this office. I would give two stars for the secretary and the nurse where always wonderful and prompt with whatever need arose."

"We have been seeing Dr Ryan for years. Thankfully, we don’t need to see him very often because I have been blessed with healthy children. He and his staff are always respectful and caring. I feel that he truly collaborates with parents rather than treating his patients like they are incapable of making good decisions for their family. We are grateful to have him as a Pediatrician!"

"Dr. Ryan is easy to talk to when we have even the toughest of questions and has great bedside manner with both of our daughters. He not only cares about them as patients, but invites us into understanding their medical care in a way that we can comprehend. His staff is lovely. We drive 45 minutes to an hour to get to him and it’s worth the drive. My husband and I also love that he is a Father as well, that experience matters to us."
